Strava is a social log of activities. Garmin Connect is a device companion. Racendo is the layer above — race planning, costs, travel, documents, and a coach that helps you decide what to do next. We connect to Strava and Garmin via Strava BYO rather than competing.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual plans save roughly 20% versus monthly. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.

Who owns my training data?

You do. Always. You can export everything as JSON or CSV and delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your data from our systems within 30 days.

No. Racendo has no advertising business model and we do not sell user data. Our revenue comes from subscriptions.

Where is my data hosted?

Data is stored in EU data centres. Backups are encrypted at rest. Transit uses TLS 1.3.

Can my coach see my data?

Only if you explicitly invite them. Coach access is opt-in per athlete and revocable at any time.

How does Strava sync work?

We use Strava BYO — you connect your Strava account once, and activities flow into Racendo as you upload them. Detailed explanation lives on the Strava BYO help page.

Do you support Garmin Connect directly?

Not yet. The easiest path today is Garmin → Strava → Racendo, which works automatically once both are connected. Direct Garmin Connect IQ integration is on the roadmap.

Will old activities sync?

Yes — by default we pull the last 12 months on first connection. You can request a longer backfill from settings.

Can I disconnect Strava?

Anytime, from settings. Future activities stop syncing immediately. Your previously synced data stays unless you also delete it.

How is the training plan generated?

From your goal race, recent training, recent races and stated weekly availability. The coach proposes a 12–18 week structure and then re-tunes each week based on what you actually ran.

Can I override the coach?

Of course. Every session is editable. The coach learns from overrides and stops suggesting things you consistently skip.

Does the coach handle injury rehab?

It can adapt around minor niggles and load drops, but it's not a substitute for a physio. If you flag an injury, the coach reduces volume and suggests cross-training — and recommends seeing a professional.

A focused view that surfaces only what you need on race morning: start time, bib, kit list, fuel plan, weather, transport, gear-check location and your splits target. Distractions hidden.

Yes. Each cost can be entered in its local currency and Racendo converts to your home currency using a daily mid-market rate.

Will Racendo book my flights?

No — booking stays in your hands. We surface partner tour operators when relevant and store your booking confirmations so they're at hand on race week.
