What Racendo is

Racendo is a planning and coordination app for runners' race seasons — calendar, costs, documents, training plans, race-day mode and an AI assistant (Racendo Coach). It is not a medical device, not a coach replacement, and not a substitute for professional advice on training, nutrition or injury.

Use of the service

Racendo is provided as-is. Use it at your own risk. Don't break the law with it, don't abuse other users, and don't try to break our systems.

Your content

You own everything you put into Racendo — race entries, costs, documents, notes, results, uploaded activities. We need a limited license to host and display it back to you; we never sell it or use it to train AI models.

Optional integrations

You may connect third-party services (Strava, Intervals.icu, your email inbox, calendar apps). Each connection is explicit, scoped to what you authorize, and revocable at any time from Account → Integrations. You remain bound by those third parties' own terms.

AI features

Racendo Coach and the AI inbox use large language models routed through Lovable AI (currently OpenAI and Google Gemini). AI output may be inaccurate; always review suggestions before acting on them. Nothing is written to your account without your explicit approval.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically. Cancel any time from your account settings — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
