Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data (email, display name), race data you enter (events, costs, results, documents), and basic usage analytics. That's it.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't train AI models on your information. We don't share your data with advertisers.

How we use it

To provide the service: showing your events, sending reminders you opted into, processing your subscription, and improving the product through aggregated, anonymous analytics.

Your rights

You can export all your data as JSON at any time from your account settings. You can delete your account at any time — data is hard-deleted within 30 days.

Sub-processors

We use Lovable Cloud (Supabase) for hosting and Stripe for payments. Transactional and admin email is sent via Lovable Email infrastructure. We do not transfer your data to any other third party.

Third-party data (optional)

You can optionally connect your email inbox or a calendar so Racendo can pick up race confirmations and dates for you. Racendo works fully without any connection. If you do connect one, we receive only the data covered by the scope you grant, store it only in your account, never share it with advertisers or other users, and delete it on request or when you disconnect the source.

Other connected services

Other optional integrations (Intervals.icu, email forwarding to your private @in.racendo.com address, push notifications, iCal subscription) follow the same rule: explicit user-initiated connection, scoped access, full revoke control from Account → Integrations, deletion on disconnect.

AI processing

Race briefs, checklist suggestions and inbox parsing are generated by large language models. We use Lovable AI as our AI gateway and OpenAI ChatGPT as one of our model providers (along with Google Gemini, depending on the task). We only send the race and planning data needed for the feature you are using, and we never use your data to train AI models.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run Racendo (sign-in, security, session). Any non-essential cookies — preferences, analytics, marketing — are off by default and only set after you give explicit consent. You can review or change your choices any time below.
