Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data (email, display name), race data you enter (events, costs, results, documents), and basic usage analytics. That's it.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't train AI models on your information. We don't share your data with advertisers.

How we use it

To provide the service: showing your events, sending reminders you opted into, processing your subscription, and improving the product through aggregated, anonymous analytics.

Your rights

You can export all your data as JSON at any time from your account settings. You can delete your account at any time — data is hard-deleted within 30 days.

Sub-processors

We use Lovable Cloud (Supabase) for hosting and Stripe for payments. Transactional and admin email is sent via Lovable Email infrastructure. We do not transfer your data to any other third party.

Strava data (optional)

Strava is one of several optional activity sources you can connect. Racendo works fully without it — connecting Strava just lets Racendo Coach see your training in context. If you do connect, we receive only the activities you authorize under the OAuth scope you grant. We store this data only in your account, never share it with advertisers or other users, and delete it on request — either when you disconnect Strava and tick "delete synced activities", or automatically when Strava notifies us that you've revoked access.

Other connected services

Other optional integrations (Intervals.icu, email forwarding to your private @in.racendo.com address, push notifications, iCal subscription) follow the same rule: explicit user-initiated connection, scoped access, full revoke control from Account → Integrations, deletion on disconnect.

AI processing

Activity insights, race briefs and coaching summaries are generated by large language models. We use Lovable AI as our AI gateway and OpenAI ChatGPT as one of our model providers (along with Google Gemini, depending on the task). For activities sourced from Strava, we ask for your explicit one-tap consent before sending any Strava data to these AI engines, as required by Strava's API agreement. You can revoke that consent at any time from Account → Integrations. We never use your data to train AI models.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run Racendo (sign-in, security, session). Any non-essential cookies — preferences, analytics, marketing — are off by default and only set after you give explicit consent. You can review or change your choices any time below.
