Synced activities are cached only as long as we need to power your dashboard, plan and Coach. Disconnect Strava and we purge Strava-sourced activities within 30 days, in line with Strava's 2026 API policy.
We rate-limit ourselves well below Strava's quotas, parse their usage headers, and back off automatically — so your sync stays reliable even on busy weekends.
